We aim to provide the best possible service to customers without the extra costs involved in running a regular business. In order to achieve this we have cut back on unnecessary expenses for callout work. We do not operate out of a high street shop or business park, so there is no rent or insurance to be paid. We do not hold stock, so there is no money being owed or borrowed that may be charged interest. In any business all these running costs come back to you, the customer, to pay for them. By cutting them out completely you pay only for the service you receive.

In addition to providing all our services in the comfort of your own home, or the convenience of your own business premises (longer repair work is usually returned to base so we aren't inconveniencing you), Brampton I.T Services is open from 9am - 10pm 7 days a week, including bank holidays and some seasonal holidays.

Brampton I.T. Services provides a free up-front diagnosis over the phone wherever possible. During work we always keep the customer informed in terms they can understand exactly how things are progressing. If something is uneconomical to complete, we will tell you before the job even begins and advise the best course of action, and if we turn up and are unable to solve the problem there will be no fee, regardless of the time spent.
How we help you - Aftercare
We are always on the phone ready to give free advice about any problems or questions after the work has been completed. Any backups performed during reinstallations are kept for three months, so if anything is missing we can recover it for you quickly and easily.
